Strange problem with FOF

Ok, I've got a new computer, and I've installed FOF, licensed it, and everything has worked fine.

but, I can't get the OSFL to work. I have put the universe files in the universe folder, and i've put the league files in the league folder.

Am I doing something wrong? I'm on AIM if someone wants to help me out.
