I just wanted to compile all of the features that I could find into one place for those who want see all of features for the great new draft utility we will be using this year. All of the info that I've gathered comes from this thread:
New Draft Utility at FOFC
I am by no means, an expert but I have stayed at a Holiday Inn Express, so i know its great. Amazingly, in one league I'm in we finished the draft in just two 2 days.
Here's the features that I found throughout that thread. Just for GP, if you like the utility, go onto FOFC(for those who hate OpSports, sorry) and give thanks to member, Jdavidbakr, because he did it for free on his own free time.
Disclaimer: may not be comprehensive as I wear contacts and don't have them in this morning.
*Tracking time that each team is on the clock, reporting it in the header.
*Under options tab, 19 sortable categories to help make a draft decision.
*Under options tab, the option to zero out the priority of a position after you have selected a player of that position is now able to be turned off.
*The admin may stop the draft at any pick.
*The admin may roll back the draft, returning players to the board.
*Teams may choose to make a player list or a list of "Best Player Available" based on general score or by any of the other values that are recorded for the players.
* The admin now can see the entire draft transcript.
* The admin now can see any team's player queue.
* He added the ability to skip a team. If a team has been skipped, they can come back and make their pick at any time from the remaining players. This is designed for leagues who want to have a draft with a smaller window but don't want to have to pick for a team who doesn't pick on time; if a team runs out of time, you can just skip their pick, and the next team is on the clock. The skipped team can come in at any time and make their pick.
*The ability to send your own picks to another team.
* Can add player comments in your priority list.
*The chatroom is more incorporated into the site, the current chat pops up in the menu if you aren't in the chatroom.
*The ability for each team's clock to be adjusted by a percentage of the regular pick clock.
* Added all columns that Extractor exports as available for the lists.
* Allows the user to upload their own Extractor export so that they can see their scout's impression!
*The admin can turn autopick on or off for any team (so that if they have a preference list but don't have autopick on he can force the pick), he can see the preference list for any team (so that if the team has players in their list but don't have priority values set for them, he can choose from that list), and can make picks for any team.
* Added a private chat feature with sound effects. Private chats will take place in a popup window. (For real-time draft day trades)
* Analyzer Dump:It allows people who haven't picked in a long time to do a quick copy and past of the entire draft into Analyzer to mark players as drafted.
Changed it so that if you are not logged in, you still can see the selections and player info pages.
* Added the ability to automatically add the 0-priority players to the end of your priority list, sorted by adjusted grade.
* Added the option in the admin for teams who time out on the clock to have their selection made automatically, using the following logic: 1) If they have a player queue but have their auto-pick off, it picks from the queue. 2) If not, it will pick the best player available at a position that they have not selected yet in the draft. If there are no players that fit that criteria (i.e. all positions have been selected), then it picks the best player available.
* Added a checkbox to filter out overrated players in the players list.
* Added the ability to go to the previous/next in your priority queue from the player info page.
Added the ability to delay the autopick by up to thirty minutes (or the maximum time allowed if less than 30 minutes).
* Added a widget that can be embedded on a league homepage.
* Mock draft - the admin can now upload the complete league extractor report and generate a mock draft. You must upload the draftpreview.html file when you import the draft, because the algorithm uses the adjusted grade. The mock draft is viewable to everyone, whether they are logged in or not.
* Scout picks - Using the same algorithm, a team may select to have their scout pick as one of the options. It will take into consideration if you have already picked at that position, and will not select two players at the same position unless all positions have been selected, at which time it will choose the best available adjusted grade player.
* Limit on the auto-pick delay - the admin can now set an upper limit for delaying auto-picks. So, if the round limit is 4 hours, the admin can set it so that the max delay is 30 minutes. The only way that a team can override that is to turn off their auto-pick. Of course, the admin can set the teams to reduce their time limit if they don't make their picks in the allotted time.
Forced picks now ignore P and K unless all other positions have been selected.
I'm sure there's something I've missed, but these are the things that I figured were significant features that he added.
