Jay Rumph is 6'3" 279 pounds of dynamite looking for a place to go boom, but he is stuck behind 2 90+ OVR pass rushers in Valles and Unutoa, so he won't see the field nearly enough here and using him only in goal line D is kind of a waste of his talent. You can wrap yourself up a cheap young starting DE with good size who is still signed for 3 more seasons for a 1st rounder any year.
