hilldebrand, negron, and collins... failed to export correctly for the second free agency sim, glad collins gave me a chance to reoffer and noone else picked up negron. hilldebrand at DH (cause he is awful in the field) probably hits #2. Negron adds pop (obviously) but what i liked was his fielding versitility and his half season he spent in the steel city two years ago. Needed Collins for a lefty in the pen (but may start depending on how the bullpen shakes out) and he is young so inked him up for 4 years with a 5th yr. mutual option. boom. not sure this even gets me out of the cellar in the Ale, but all in all feeling good gettin the three guys i targeted.

Don't let him talk shit. While I think Hildebrand is a bag of crap at this point... Collins is versatile. Negron is what he is.

You have the horses to compete. You could use more pitching (in the BLB and in your ORG overall)... but you do have the best starter in the Division (Carillo).... arguably the best player in the DL (Geoff Scott)... and, of course, Z still thinks you're the team to beat.

Maine is worse (traded great pitching for high picks).
Pawtucket is better because he's installing trading partners into the league
Hartford is better just through aging.

It'll be tough for you to get better... but you do have talent. You also should be a MAJOR deadline player if you're out. Guzman and Gremades will both be popular.

Do you know the first person I tried traded with was actually Matt??? He must of thought he had a shot (no idea why). Aurillo was gone one way or another, made no difference to me. (End of year via "Tommy Lang" release)

In the end all I got was one pitcher & a 1B and lost a Catcher (like they matter).

I do like Hartford by default. Just need some sort of bullpen!

Not the best sim for Washington. I thought Ed Weatherspoon, Jack Dynes and Jerry Kraft would all be D.C. Bats today....whooooops!

I am excited about the Larry LaRochelle signing, however. He is what he is. Innings eating veteran. Should be good for 200 innings, a sub 4.00 ERA and sub 1.30 WHIP. My rotation now looks completely different than just a few days (IRL) ago.
