Hey Brad, a head's up that you should start using @ instead of # when naming teams. This will help get team twitter accounts mentions and hopefully even grow any following.

Another thing bout the @team name thing is I feel I should only do that when I'm trying to communicate specifically with that team/account. I'm no twitter savant, but I've always had the impression that's the way it was done.

If you're trying to communicate directly, you put their name first.

If its in the body of the body of the Tweet its considered a "Mention" and its Twitter SOP.
