I'm sure it's dynamic, but like the Prospect list it seems like there's some times when we see dramatic shifts. I just don't follow the Top Players list that closely. When it comes to the lists, Top Prospects>Top Players.

Everytime I see Len Jenkins, I just get confused about how he's managed to turn into such a good player. Looking at his ratings, I don't see it. His time in Hyundai was nothing to write home about. But somehow he's been great since moving to Washington. I'm sure some good defense behind him helps, but I still don't get it.

Well, you'd see a sizable shift this week because it was the first games that mattered. Performance does have an impact (but a small one).

Our pitching was lights out this sim except for the walks we gave up. Even got a great performance from Pina our #5 which I don't expect to happen much this season.

Garcia once again goes down at the beginning of the season, for 5 weeks this time. I bet it will be up to a total loss of 6-7 weeks since he will have his usual set-back. Dude hasn't even had to find a place to live in Morgantown since coming over form Baltimore yet...he has just been living in the trainers room.

Could be, but I suspect he wasn't born in Dallas and actually crossed the border from Mexico and is lying about his age. He is probably 10 years older than the 31 that is listed. At least that is the story I am going with. Sounds reasonable right?

And yes I will be making a effort to post more and be more active. It is tough though...I am an extreme lurker when it comes to message boards. I usually read everything you guys post but continue to lurk.

haha me too. I read every fucking word posted in the BLB forums. I just don't have a lot of knowledge of guys pasts and the histories of players and owners so I sit back and try to compile the info, so that one day when I feel comfortable enough, you guys will be begging me to shut up and quit posting.
