Ok. The mid rounds have been quiet this year.

I would post about mid-round picks, but people get upset about others trying to hype up boring prospects. But, since Skerik doesn't post here anymore, I guess it's safe.

My latest pick was SP Ron Allen. He hasn't been good in HS, my scout doesn't think much of him. However, he's got an 8 for endurance and throws 93-95 MPH at 18 years old. I'm trying to keep my expectations low, but with a little bit of growth and some added velocity, he could be the BLB version of Nolan Ryan.

I look forward to him taking over the league by 2001.
