Have we had the coin flips for the first and second picks between the expansion teams for the Expansion Draft, Rule 5 Draft and Amateur Draft?

Since its a coin flip, could one team be first in all three?

Maybe one should get to be first in the Expansion and Rule 5 and the other gets to be first in Amateur.

We'll do coin flips for all. The expansion draft will be snake style, so I don't see a huge disadvantage to picking 2nd.
