I think people are doing themselves a disservice with this whole "scouts ranking" thing. If you're having the scout generate a draft list and then just numbering the guys, you're not reading the lists correctly.

Well obviously you have a good track record, but based on his 19 starts and at least the ratings I'm seeing what makes you say he is ready now?

Even if you only take OSA... he's a low end 5's and 4's guy.
My point was not that he's GREAT... or a GREAT option.... my point was that (A) he's already developed enough to pitch on the BLB level (B) he already throws 4 pitches - a must to start at this level and (C) SOME teams could be starting a OSA 4-5 type guy. Hell... if I was still rolling 6 pitchers he could be a #6 on my team.
The histories for "internationals" are all screwed up. I think as older guys retire, their histories are somehow showing up on their old player number or something.
