edit: The latter isn't true. I do have a deep voice and perhaps pronounce my letters a little too much. I'm like a drunk Brit that somehow shaved off a few inches from his teeth.

Geez, I actually posted to my Javelinas twitter account a week or two ago.

I can't wait for the first podcast. I actually toyed with the notion of posting a video of my two daughters and I lampooning Sports Center coverage of the BLB. The younger one even made herself a good old fashioned handlebar mustache for her interview.

BTW... Forgot to mention this. I wrote the "All for Naught" article on a plane to Austin, TX. The girl next to me (twenty-something) apparently thought I was an actual sports reporter or writer of some sort. I think having the game open and switching between stats pages with no player pictures had her convinced. Best part... I got her to say "Dusty Pecker".

Nah. I know you're kidding, but once it goes fake like that... you're done. Too cheesy. There's enough real obsession around here to have real interviews and real topics, and with everyone wanting to be involved, Z would have an endless supply of guests on the rotation. Key word: classy.

I may try to pull the Bob Costas and only show up with two shows a year... Shavermetrics and Skerik vs Fake Skerik on the draft while Z goes the Jim Nantz route and is everywhere... Opening Day... the Masters... playoffs... March madness... early FA sims... NFL on CBS... rule V draft... parties at Gary McCord's house... the Ale pennant race...

If anyone really does something like this and you want some bumpers (the music that the pro radio shows use to go in & out of breaks) let me know. If someone has Dropbox, I can Dropbox a whole bunch. My company produces these so I have access to a lot of them. I know, not as cool as Jake's liquor hook up, but it's something!
