I remember when Mwetts took over Pittsburgh, he walked into a similar situation. Pittsburgh was finally good and winning. They had a decent few year run then he had to start over.

Jay is walking into a great team that is deep across the board. But with expectation comes pressure. Should be the DL favorite but it won't be easy being so green.

Not as good as this one. That team only got in there twice. This is going to a bit longer.
