There have been a lot of trades this off-season. Very encouraging.

I'm wondering if the thought that there are fewer guaranteed picks in the draft is making people use other avenues to improve their teams.
Either way, I'm liking this "rebirth" of the BLB. Now let's add an independent league.
Baltimore Bulldogs - BLB since '84
- Porter Champs: '92, '93, '97, '98, '01, '03, '06, '08, '12
- Playoffs: '92, '93, '97, '98, '99, '01, '03, '06, '08, '12, '13, '14, '15, '16
- Brewmaster's Cup: '01

I thought about that as well. Seems like there are only a handful of players that look like studs in the draft. Outside of the top 10, or even less, its a bit of a crap shoot. Free Agency can be an expensive alternative to building a team so trades look like the way to go. Depending on our budget of course.Originally posted by Delandis View PostI'm wondering if the thought that there are fewer guaranteed picks in the draft is making people use other avenues to improve their teams.

I'm banking on that being the case.Originally posted by Delandis View PostI'm wondering if the thought that there are fewer guaranteed picks in the draft is making people use other avenues to improve their teams.
