After a 3-3 week and an overall record of 23-21 our owner seems quite content. He upped next year's budget 4 million dollars. A few more weeks like that and I can sign a monster DH next year!!

Sorry to hear that. I was hoping that he'd play well for you and push for his second ring before he hangs up the cleats. Seems like you're doing OK without him, though.

We had a 3-3 sim, and now head into a week where we face off against Batavia before heading to Morgantown and then Death Valley. I'm guessing we won't come away with 3 wins next sim.

I've been shuffling quite a few pieces around, and am hopeful that my pitching woes will be coming to an end soon. Jimmy Nash is finally waking up, with a .749 OPS so far in May after posting a .485 in April. He's also got a -3.5 zone rating, so he was a pretty big piece of crap until we moved him to 5th in the lineup.

I think I'm finally starting to get a feel for my team. I could be wrong, but I think we might turn a corner in the near future.

I need to upgrade mine as well. Add more seats.

During our ummm "Cub/Astros like rebuild mode" We spent over $18 million over 3-4 seasons. Since were limited with only 10 mil cash it can take time. Pawtucket use to be deadly to lefty hitters. Today its still slanted, but now I strong lefty either in gap or power can have some amount of success and not be ruined over time. Also righties got calmed down just slightly.

I think adding seats is going to become important with this new season ticket sales feature that we have.
