Interesting story on Patuel. It wasn't even clear that he would make the team this year after a disappointing season last year but a decent spring earned him a shot. He started the season on the bench but worked his way into more playing time as the performance of the other infielders on the team left something to be disired.Originally posted by Andrew View Post
I think he was chosen to the All-Star roster because I didn't have anyone else on the team and the manager wanted every team to be represented. Then, Albors gets injured and suddenly Patuel is the starting SS. I imagine his 3 for 3 perfomance with a triple and double will be the highlight of his career.Comment
