Giving back Rule 5 players?

I checked out the Rules link but it didn't go into this. I know in the MLB, if you want to return a Rule 5 pick, you offer them back at half-price but we didn't pay for them in the first place.

I think they are just moved back to their original team by Andrew; no money changes hand.

that's what happens. they just get shipped back. i believe the game is supposed to do this on it's own (as soon as you take them off the active roster), however, it might be one of those bugs that stu has to deal with. stu?
