Anyway to see when the sim has been started?

With the old export tracker, it said if the file was old or new, so if all the files were old, I knew Andrew had started the sim. With the new tracker, it just gives the date of last export. Is there anyway with the new tracker to see when the sim has started?

I ask because sometimes I may not export until after the official sim time but if Andrew hasn't started yet I know I can make some quick changes and export.

You can usually see through his living room window if he's working on it.

Seriously though, the only way I know of is to try to download a new file through the game. If it hasn't started it will say "No updated league file" if he's started it I think he takes the league file down and you get another error saying there's no file on the server.
