Yeah. But, if things go according to the last proposal, Washington and Virginia will likely be leaving the Stout during realignment. So, that will drastically change the dynamic.Originally posted by Sully View PostYeah, the Stout is once again proving to be the best division in the BLB. Bad news for me, I guess. I lost a couple guys, and can't afford to sign anyone else. Washington should be tough. Baltimore's adding Tandy and Latham to a young offense, and a talented pitching staff. Philly's young, but improving each year. Virginia's a couple years away, but definitely moving in the right direction.
Next year should be interesting. The Great One!
Too many rings to count.

I'm surprised too. I offered Samarano 4 years at ~26 mil/year and he obviously declined. Took an extra year I guess. I presume that in a few years, we'll see the salaries go down when owners lock their younger stars at an early age, for multiple years for a hometown discount.Originally posted by Jistic View PostWow. Just like in real life, dropping tons of cash doesn't always equal wins :)Originally posted by HrfdWhale View PostBaltimore pays Latham $25.5m/yr

I'll be taking my team to the soup kitchen today....not to volunteer, but rather to eat.

I'm with whoever said it earlier, no wonder he favored PItt over my $6.1mm contract per year contract.François Dupuis has inked a deal with Pittsburgh. Some scouts believe Dupuis comes off as a little arrogant, and questions remain about whether he is really worth $57,040,000 over 5 years.
