    Rules:

    General

    - Adding 2 more teams to the Import league (no DH) after 1983.
    - New owners will be able to pick their city and nickname for all 4 levels.
    - There will be realignment and the Playoffs expand after 1983.
    - Expansion teams will be awarded the 1st and 2nd picks in their first Amateur Draft and their first Rule 5 draft. Draft order will be determined by seperate coin flips and will alternate each round.

    Expansion Draft
    - There will be 3 Expansion Rounds
    - Round 1 is 28 picks (14 per expansion team)
    - Round 2 is 28 picks (14 per expansion team)
    - Round 3 is 14 picks (7 per expansion team)
    - Existing Teams protect 15 players plus the last 2 drafts. They can add 3 players after each round.
    - Teams can lose no more than 2 players in Round 1, 2 players in Round 2 and 1 player in Round 3. This would limit a team's losses to 5 players total.
    - Expansion teams will be provided a custom league file with scouts off, and all ratings set to a 1-5 scale.

    Financials
    - Expansion teams will receive the following initial financials:
    - Market Size = 3
    - Fan Loyalty = 5
    - Fan Interest = 100
    - Expansion teams can design a Stadium under the same parameters as initial BLB stadium construction.

First order of business for the expansion owners is to pick your team locations and names. You'll need one for your BLB team and 3 levels of minors. You can post them in here.

Congrats and welcome you two. You'll really enjoy this league. You have your work cut out for you, but it'll be worth it a few years down the road when you'll be competitive.

Thanks guys for the warm welcome! Once I decide my team name, I will take you up Clay on your offer to assist me with the design. I am excited about the opportunity and look forward to building this club into a contender over the years. I know it will be challenging and should be a lot of fun. Before real life got in the way, I was a member of the NARBL, having taken over the expansion Las Vegas Gamblers so I am well aware of the patience involved in this task, and quite frankly, is the most enjoyable way for me to play the game. My info is below!
Good luck to everybody this season!
