Nothing you really can do. That's kind of the point. So teams who are making ridiculous amounts more don't have a huge advantage.

I don't think you will be much over the $20 million limit at the end of the season. The game is predicting your cash balance will be about $18 million then - the total of your beginning cash and projected balance.

Unless you trade it all away - something that just couldn't happen because why would I take money I can't keep either - then you're SOL.

I thought we used to use cash in trades to cover players salaries?

I remember when I traded Nick Latham and a bunch of cash to Carolina, he used it to cut Latham's contract in half.

No, you can still use it in trades to cover the cost of a player you're trading.
