    • If Team Option is used the Buyout must be the difference between Option year and highest Guaranteed year.
    • Only one Team Option may be used per contract, and it must be in the last year of the contract. This prevents people from stacking Player Options after the Team Option.
    • Players cannot be signed to contract extensions until after they have received their third arbitration contract. Players become eligible for contract extensions once they have three "Received a 1-year contract worth a total of $xx through arbitration." in their player history.

There are some damn good international free agent pitchers. I wonder who is going to end up overpaid in two years.

        Thanks Brad!
I find it hilarious how many FA's want nothing to do with my franchise.
The older vets who are looking for one last kick at the can, want nothing to do with a team that's clearly not making the playoffs anytime soon. Very realistic.

A disappointing team ended was rewarded today on an individual basis...

Mike Morla was a resounding choice for his first Stout Slugger award. This will end up costing me a fortune, but it made for an amazing season.

Travis Gerlach had his second straight award winning season. This turned out to be a wonderful free agent signing for the Kodiaks.

I think we need the calendar to flip for history purposes.

Finally! The off-season! Positive news. Things to do. This was easily the most difficult season to get through in my BLB career. Hats off to all the GMs who have suffered through years of last place finishes.

Starting off, C Ted Sandy and 1B R.J. Kemp took home IL DWI's. I wasn't looking at the stats to see if he was even in consideration but happy to see Sandy take home the hardware. He's the reason I passed on Sean Gallion in the draft, the reason I traded away Billy Herrera and I've turned down a lot of offers for Sandy himself over the years. Hopefully the bat comes around in 2021.

Major personnel changes. Our scout, hitting coach, pitching coach, bench coach and assistant GM either retired or had their contract not renewed. I signed some bum to be our assistant GM but am very pleased to land a new PC and SD. Shawn Gates, formerly of Maine, who has an outstanding reputation and specializes in power pitchers, was overpaid to come in but I hope he works well with top prospect SP Tom "Domino" King whenever he arrives. We also landed Jared Williamson to be our scout. He's solid all-around, hardly all world, but I wanted a more balanced scout and he favors ability.

This FA class looks really good with all these international additions. This draft class doesn't look so great. Yay for the #1 pick!

Carolina has $45 million to spend. Damn that's tempting.

Is the image pack current? Just noticed that my guys in the game are in green uniforms and wanted to make sure it wasn't me unzipping it wrong.
