Ok, so I know we have a cash max. But let's say we are over that cash max at the end of the year. Is what we have OVER the cash max automatically lost or can we use that fund to upgrade our stadium?

That money is automatically lost before you can use it to upgrade the stadium. Otherwise people would be able to expand their stadiums way too quickly.

I'm hoping we can completely revamp the financials when OOTP 2007 comes out and do away with the cash max. I expect this to be an area of major improvement.
