Sounds like we are waiting but I’m really excited their fixed replays. Watching game logs isn’t the same.

Is there something I'm missing?? I watch the replays all the time and they seem to work for me?? Is there something more to them that I don't realize that I'm missing?!?

They now reveal a team has scored on the scoreboard before the play has happened in the play by play. It’s hard to ignore.

Also i think 18 has graphics?

Being able to retain player salary in trades would be nice, although I will say I own the game but haven’t played it much.

Agreed, but we do at least manually allow for this now.

I’m not a big fan and bought ‘18 but I think we should wait until 2026. We are right on the usual schedule. The new game will release right as we switch over after this season.

Yep, one more season in 17, then we'll plan on moving to the next version afterwards.

It's annoying when people votes or comments thinking in their own benefit, rather than in the interest of the league, that is selfish. That's my main concern, thankfully we have now a system in place that doesn't take into account as much this kind of personalities and we move forwards as a league, regardless what that kind of personalities think.

I've always noticed that... It's never really been that big of a deal... I'm rarely looking up there, but, you're right, the odd time I do, it really sucks!

It's not being selfish, just talking from experience... If we normally wait, I'd like to wait... It's not selfish to bring up a point of two top catcher prospects getting railed by the last version change. Honestly, it makes no difference to me, but if we always wait a little longer and it usually proves to be the right move, then let's wait.

I think it's important to remember that while different positions may be highlighted from version to version in the rankings, the actual expected value of those players is unaffected by the version changes. It's more akin to the league provided scout retiring and being replaced by a new scout who has a different perspective on relative value.

Yeah we’ve been pretty lucky in this respect. Might as well just stick to the usual progression.

The replays have never worked in 17 for me. There are no animations and the sound doesn't work properly.
