FINALLY made up some ground. Dam. 1 game out!

Kawashima looks like he's finally going to be the player we projected. Won player of the week and he's on a TEAR. Suddenly we have a balanced potent offense.

May have to look at trading Serma in the offseason.

Had a great week, now only 3 games back but losing Santiago just about kills my season.

OK I've tried to hold my tongue but this is Bullshit.

I can find nowhere in the rules that state that the commissioner can arbitrarily remove players from teams, regardless of their status within the organization. I did find where it was noted that a $50k fine will be imposed (although I'm curious if this has been done in EVERY instance).

I've imported every sim since the inception of this league, participated in the forums and been active in every way possible.

To release a player that will cost my organization $16M is total bullshit.

Please list my team as available to the next waiting GM.

I think he had a bunch of player DFA over the time limit, and therefore they were cut, I assume?

A lot of them are currently in the Washington Bats organization now...

Way to keep up with the league, guys. That Bleasdale stuff happened last Sunday and Andrew posted a reminder about DFA practices when he posted last Sunday night's sim.

I just adjust my lineups, check the FAs for good ones and then export.

                    Sorry. :(

It clearly states in the rules that if a player isn't removed from the DFA list before his 21 days (which is 3 sims) is up, the team risks losing that player, and is responsible for his contract.

I'm not sure where the confusion comes from.

If the player is still in the DFA section when the next Sim takes place, he will be outright released and the team will be responsible for his remaining contract.

He already stated that he couldn't manage find it in the rules before, so I took the effort to post the relevant quote.
