Seattle goes 4-2, winning both road series against California and Baltimore. The Pilots are 28-15, with a 4.5 game lead in the Bock. They have a IL leading +63 run differential, trailing only Maine with a whopping +92.

Rookie SP Robby Umlauf made his debut against the Kodiaks and got crushed. The 19th overall prospect gave up seven runs in four innings, including two home runs. He's an extreme ground baller with a 70 rated movement from OSA/my scout. Didn't seem to matter much against that dangerous California lineup... He will stick around for a bit but another few starts like that and he will be back down in the minors.

2B Hideki Nakayama has been the surprise of the season. The 31-year-old IFA import has already tied his last seasons WAR of 1.2, in about 80 less games. He now ranks as the 9th best 2B in baseball and is getting it done at the plate (.289/.940) and with his glove (3rd best 2B efficiency). I don't expect him to hit like this all year but I was expecting a lot better than what he did last year (.250/.728) after shelling out a $24M contract.
