We might as well get this show on the road then.

I don't think there is any advantage to waiting for the draft to officially begin as long as we agree that choices are binding (like we forgot to do last season until we were part of the way through the first round).

I also think I know who I want if you don't pick him. I've got a couple of nibbles on the possibility of trading my pick but no one seems very serious.

I'll post the pick tomorrow then, I want to do a little writeup and make sure I'm sure about it. Plus I have a damn test tomorrow ;) Announcing the pick last year before the official draft opening was fine and got some momentum going into the actual draft.

BLB drafts are as efficient an operation as I've seen too which helps.

Why don't you at least tell me who it is now? That way I can wind up any last minute negotiations and if I don't do a deal, I can be ready with my pick ASAP.

I don't think you are going to find out who everyone thinks you are going to pick, but you'll eventually learn who some of us thought you should have picked.
