You can probably cancel Shannon's Triple Crown Parade too.

Good bookmark. This will be perfect when Wilkerson goes down with a 10 month injury next season.

I was all set to be impressed if you had followed through on your earlier plan by following your convictions with courage. I know I wouldn't have the nerve to leave him on the sidelines in your spot.

I think you are doing the right thing by getting him back out there though. From what I have seen of our league, it doesn't seem to matter if pitchers were used heavily when young. Almost all starting pitchers who had great years at a young age have failed to remain elite regardless of how much they were used while young.

I am also glad to see Wilkerson back out there for my own selfish reasons. I was comparing him with Arellano for the ROY award and I realized that even I would have to put Wilkerson 1st on my ballot. But if he goes out there and takes a couple of bad losses Arellano may just get back into the conversation for the award.

I had no plans to bring him back until that bum Diaz goes out and gets injured just after returning from a four month injury.

Seeing as I only had four healthy SP's I had to go with what's right for the team... now.

I wouldn't have gathered that from your original post -

I thought that it was your shrinking lead in the playoff race that concerned you. In any case, good luck to everyone invloved in these races.

It's just a blister, nothing to worry about (longterm). Not so good for the 1st round of the playoffs.
