So any idea how big the league files will be with the new version? I have crappy DSL (1.5/128k) and the 16 megs that it is now is starting to strain my pron surfing. Seriously though, how large will the league files be?

They're supposedly a little bit smaller, but I think it will still be an issue as it grows over time. It uses .7zip for the compression which saves some space. We'll also save some space with the ability to delete messages.Originally posted by rubisco43

For those who want to see for yourself how much smaller things are when zipped with .7z just find any OOTP folder and zip it 4 ways
1: Standard ZIP
2: TAR.GZ
3: RAR
4: 7ZIP
I think you will be absolutely amazed at the difference in compression 7z gives! I do not recall the absolute numbers but it was HUGE when we tested it in beta.Comment
