They're close to it. Del McMillan sits in front of two others as the lowest rated pick according to my scout.Originally posted by Clay View PostThey can't be complete opposites... my Scout liked your 1st Rounder.... but your 2nd Rounder he hates. He's actually the lowest rated pick so far by my scout.
It'll be interesting to see how this turns out.

He is probably the worst rated IL All-Star, ever.
He reminds me of Joe Zazueto in his IL Rookie Season. Sometimes guys play above their ratings, especially as rookies, on good teams.
I said during the off-season that Bullpen and Corner OF were going to be question marks and somewhat experimental this season. The Great One!
Too many rings to count.

Did you change Scouts? Because I remember really liking almost all of your picks last year.Originally posted by Sully View PostThey're close to it. Del McMillan sits in front of two others as the lowest rated pick according to my scout.

Not that it matters, but I would like to see Tosselli get a full time shot. You know my scout has always liked him.Originally posted by Clay View PostWe're not sounding the alarm yet, but we are watching it. I increased my budget big time, but that's about it. I'm trusting the class I had last year, which looks like it struck gold with my first three picks. We were high on Pagan, Munoz, and Gonzales. This year, we love Ortega. The 2nd rounder, already forgot his name, was rated pretty good and he fills a weak spot in the organization.Originally posted by Clay View PostDid you change Scouts? The class this year is horrible by my scout's estimation. There really isn't much left that I like. One pitcher, which I'm hoping to get with my next pick, but that's it. I may just auto-draft after that.

And like I say nearly every time you say something.... blow me.Originally posted by Pat View PostAnd like I said before the season was you have one-startable OF.
That was the plan till he got injured and it's still in the cards. I thought briefly about trading Nelson this off-season when I had a sniff to prevent myself from talking myself into Nelson. But, I just don't know how to quit him.Originally posted by BradZ View PostNot that it matters, but I would like to see Tosselli get a full time shot. You know my scout has always liked him.
FloTo will get his shot though. I just hope it's not because Rhodes goes Hank Stafford on me.The Great One!

This class is awful if you want a power bat. My scout sees no one worth jack shit with a Power over 6.The Great One!

We had Thang Mac at 8-8-7-6-7 and Castaneda as the second best hitter.Originally posted by Clay View PostI increased mine too. Not sure what it will mean.

But yeah, this class pretty much sucks.

Rhodes played well above his ratings last season, especially in that first half. Hank Stafford got a huge contract and became a completely different player, ratings-wise.Originally posted by Clay View PostI just hope it's not because Rhodes goes Hank Stafford on me.Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-
