Why does it take my PC 3 hours and 37 minutes (a slight exaggeration) to "Load Messages" when I'm firing up the game?

hmmm, that is strange. I would think it has to do with the amount of messages (obviously). I would recommend everyone deletes the messages in the game next time they export, or at least delete the many unimportant messages I'm sure you have.Los Lunas Javelinas - 1978 Brewmaster Champions!

I always delete mine as well. It always seems to get stuck at 87%...sit there for a minute or two....then resume loading.Originally posted by robster1225hmmm, that is strange. I'm on Windows Vista, plenty of RAM, plenty of HD space, and plenty of processor power. I have no idea why it's doing this though.

How do you exit the game? I've found that it makes a huge difference.Originally posted by TJdaSportsGuyI always delete mine as well. I choose "Exit Game", I guess. I don't know. Never really thought about it. Why?Originally posted by ClayHow do you exit the game? I only know of one way to exit, unless you do a force quit (control, alt, delete for you PC users).Los Lunas Javelinas - 1978 Brewmaster Champions!

Of course, you can exit the game from the main screen. I always exit from the game tab, because hitting the "X" or "quitting (for us mac users)" does the same thing.Originally posted by chipperedYou can exit by selecting quit via the 'game' tab, you can push the red 'X' in the upper right hand corner, or like robster said, you can force the game to quit. Forcing it to quit doesnt save it though.Los Lunas Javelinas - 1978 Brewmaster Champions!
