I lean heavily on OSA and intangibles (work ethic and intelligence).

Jumping this thing up, maybe Scortch would like to have a quick read, Shall we stick this for the newbies??

    Now the question.

All about Drafting, do you trust your "Legendary" Amateurs Scout with a 30% of the Budget in Amateur Scouting?? Or do you Trust OSA?? I have huge diferences between how my Scout see this year Draft Class and how OSA values them

But...does anyone ever put like 2% into your Intl scouting?? I keep thinking it helps for Intl free agents to get a slightly better look. Then again, I have strange quirks.

More or less I think I have pitching and offense controlled (We suck at this point anyway but is what I have in my team right now)

Now I would like to know more about D#. What are the ratings that you are looking for when looking for a defensive player? What is a good range (statistics way, nearly .925 is acceptable??) to know that one player is playing outsanding / awful D#? I know ZR is very important. But am wondering if positive or negative numbers could be make-up as a result of outsanding / awful defenders playing around that player?

Also I understand that you don't want your players scoring "E"s but how many errors during the season are alarming?

Take your time for your masterclass and I appreciate your input as ever, hopefully you guys will have a great contender Dallas team soon.

You would have learned to hate it, whether you've forgotten to protect a player, or not.

In OOTP15, on the Front Office - Possible Free-Agents Page, there is now a new option under "Available Actions." You can now "Offer all minor league Free-Agents contract extensions." This will avoid the mishaps of letting those minor leaguers go in Free-Agency that you forgot to extend.

    Just FYI.
