GG Memphis!

We had the most entertaining game in the playoffs by far. Two punts pinning you guys at the 1, Utah not being able to stop anything basically, five picks between the two teams, fumbles deep inside my own territory, blocked field goals, missed field goals, and an epic comeback to tie the game when it looked like Utah was down and out. Both teams had chances to take care of business late in the fourth, but didn't. So on to overtime! Utah got the ball first, screwed up. And Memphis drove for the field goal.

I'm disappointed, but at the same time, it's shaping up to be a week of GREAT matchups in the divisional round. It's good for the league to watch a loaded team like Memphis go to work deep into the playoffs. Best of luck to you and that attack. 70 pass attempts today and over 400 yards, whew!

Oh, and apparently one should not play players with broken fibulas. Even if they are listed as "Probable - 1 week - low chance of reinjury." Whoops, sorry Mr. Richie Ingram - who knew?? Hope that second surgery goes OK.

Some good games this week, and congratulations to the winners. Sorry Linty, looks like you came close. Was pulling for your team. I don't think anyone put up as good of a show as UTA-MEM, though. Woo!

You summed it up real well. Nice comeback after we jumped out 24-7. Toward the end, I grimaced every time you touched the ball awaiting a drive for a score. And then I grimaced when I had the ball awaiting a bad turnover. Lots of turnovers by both sides. Kicker hits a 49-yd FG in OT. That was a good game. Talking about a stacked team; that Anchorage squad looks pretty good.
