Made some key renegotiations in the last 2 stages. The AI gave out 33 1-year deals to players on my team, so anyone I can bring back for next season helps me out tremendously. There will still be a lot of roster turnover, but it'd be nice if I didn't have to build a team from scratch.

Oh good, McGee turned down my offer. I made a mad scramble to make him a deal, but forgot this league has the Franchise Tag. He's not going anywhere. :D

I saw that. He turned down that offer?! Man. He is about to get expensive real soon. Wasn't it over $10mil/year?

Yeah, and I really didn't short-change him that much on what he was asking. I just had to re-do it so it'd fit under the cap. It'll be cheaper this way anyway.

Well, we've never had one before. Why are we suddenly having mid-weeks again?

MidWeeks have been available on demand all season long. Nutah requested one, so we had one.

Yeah, I had only 2 TEs on the roster and one was out. Needed to fill the depth chart there.

So are "playoff rosters" not a thing in football? I didn't realize roster additions could be made at this point.

No, I don't think they are. In the infamous Romo failed FG hold game against SEA in the WC round, the Seahawks secondary was full of guys who were added that week. One was a truck driver and another had been selling insurance all season long. Pete Hunter was one of them and he signed on Jan 2nd that year.

Yeah roster moves and re-signings can happen up until the Super Bowl. Once that's played, no more. What are "playoff rosters"? MLB/NBA thing?

                              40 is correct.
