Weeeeeeeelll, I got Britt Meyer. Best FA QB in my opinion. But he's aging and actually a bit unproven. That's OK - I just need him to not be Wendal effing Longhenry. Probably overpaid for him, although it looks like Washington made a late (not sure how serious) push.

It's always humiliating when the AI steps up and knocks you out of a FA bidding battle. Looks like that is the case this week. I had an offer out to a decent looking backup safety from Chicago, and they stepped it up this stage to take the lead. Thought I would have a chance to top it, but it's actually a very sizable $1.93 million offer over just 1 year and not 2.
I didn't know that AI teams really did anything in the offseason! But I will have to bow out of this one...Float likeabutterflysting likeabee.
