I'm really expecting the next season, this division will be very tough.

    You guys kept our offense in check all game long, it seemed like we just couldn't get anything going on the ground or in the air. It was an upset, to be sure, but this same Bulls team also upset 12-4 Dakota earlier this year and beat a 10-6 New Orleans team who won their division as well.

    We crawled back from an early deficit to finally take the lead in the 3rd quarter and then BAM! kick off return for touchdown.

    I think we've given up more kicks for touchdowns and had more of our kicks blocked, or had bad snaps these last two years than we had in the previous 4 or 5 combined. It didn't matter last year when we were steamrolling people, but it cost us this year.

    The play that really had me screaming at the Solevison though was this one;

    3-10-CAM44 (4Q: 05:31) Casey Baumgartner pass completed to WR Emmitt Hall for 9 yards. The receiver went out of bounds
    Went out of bounds? WTF? I don't care if it was a DT that got credit for the tackle. 5 1/2 minutes left in the game, 3rd down, midfield, with all our timeouts, you don't step out of bounds one yard from the first down. And then our coach takes the "safe" option, kicks it away and we don't see the ball again for another 5 minutes. Bah!

    Disappointing way to end the season. Although there may be one bright spot, two years ago we were upset in our last game of the season (Brooklyn) to finish a disappointing 12-4 after going 15-1 the year before, but we then went on to beat San Francisco 38-10 the next week in the WC game. And who is that I see on our schedule for next week?

    Speaking of disappointing, Burt Newman wrapped up the worst year of his 6 year career with just 1914 rushing yards. He also only managed a career low 4.43 yards per carry and 2152 total yards from scrimmage. Looks like all those carries are starting to catch up with him.

      Yeah, Newman's washed up. I could use a good backup. Care to trade him? I'll give you a 6th rounder due to his age.
