I haven't looked into who has who's pick for next year, so some of these picks may belong to other teams. But anyways, Anchorage you're on the clock!

Edit: Fix for FOF-style draft ordering (thanks Nutah!)

Sweet, thanks for putting this together!

One thing that will make this subject to some change - apparently, the rule that the 12 playoff teams are the 12 lowest in the pecking order was a change that was introduced for the 2010 draft: Link: http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=4015265 - shockingly recent.

So, FOF does not determine its draft order this way. And I remember one time when I missed the playoffs, Phoenix made the playoffs, and strick still picked ahead of me!

This is lousy news for mostly Morgantown :(

[Bowl winner, loser are 32-31, and everyone else is in order of winning percentage. (second link)]

Well well well... This changes everything. Strange that this wasn't patched in. Changes will be up in a couple minutes.

Hm, when was the last patch released? If it was post the rule change, maybe it was patched in...

I am going off a post-6.4 discussion on draft order from the CyFL though, where it's mentioned that it hasn't yet been patched in. Assuming that is right for now.

The other thing to remember is winning percentage will get affected by playoff games.

It's exciting that we actually have a coin flip this year. Matt and Edirash, your STP and SMD teams matched not only on W/L, but also on division record, conference record, AND strength of schedule. Impressive!

(Pearl Harbor should pick ahead of Lake County if the older NFL draft order rules, with division/conf records being the secondary tiebreaker after SOS, are in effect)

6.4 was the last patch (10/13/2010), and the rule was changed in March of 2009. It definitely isn't patched in though: http://operationsports.com/fofc/showthread.php?t=80557

According to wikipedia the conference tiebreaker is only for teams in the same conference.

Ties between teams with identical records are determined by the following tiebreakers (in order):
          - Strength of schedule. The team with the lower strength of schedule is granted the earlier pick in round one.
          - Division tiebreakers (if the teams are in the same division).
          - Conference tiebreakers (if the teams are in the same conference).
          - Coin flip(s), which occur(s) at the pre-draft NFL Combine.
