Rule About Signing Free Agents Postseason

I think this rule is still in effect:

"Teams cannot sign Free Agents from the time of their last game of the season (regular season or post season), until the Free Agent period of the following season."

Perhaps the commish can clarify.

Correct, it should still be in effect. No off the street FA's if your season is completely over. I'll go through and void any contracts that may have taken place during this round. Thanks.
