I like Jones more than Coples. and OMG Browns.

Weedon will make an excellent mentor for the young Colt McCoy. haha

Pats trade up again?! OK, the world is ending.

Bill Belicheck, I do not approve of this.

Good picks by Pats. Wish I could say the same for Jets' pick. haha

Greg Cosell really down on Hightower, and I respect him.... position of need for Pats though.

Guess Nick Saban sold Belichick on him.

New England just dropped from 2.31 to 3.26 with only a 5th as compensation.

This seems like a phenomenally bad deal. And Reuben Randle's on the board?

Randle really fell. Like the Jets addressing needs with their picks, but I get really skeptical of holes getting filled by picks after round 1....

And yeah, that seems like some pretty poor compensation for the Pats. Maybe they think the draft is that deep? Quixotic move.

What a horrible draft. :( Last year they trade down, away from Julio Jones. This year they trade up for RB. This was the year to trade down. And then take a QB that, really, is he any better than McCoy? Not worth the price. Ugh.

The Browns got punked into two picks, if you ask me. I get moving up for Richardson, but they gave up a lot more than picks later were going for. Quite a bit more.

And who the hell was gonna take Weeden? No one.

The Bengals are having a second good draft in a row, though, which is incredibly weird.

                          YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

The Pats and their terrible trade (value wise) are forgiven. They just picked up Alfonzo effin' Dennard in the 7th round. This guy is a shutdown corner out of Nebraska. As good as Prince Amukamara, who was a 1st rounder the year before. Elite talent, should have been a 1st rounder, in my opinion. No worse than a 2nd. Okay, I guess he punched a cop in the face five days before the draft...

I heard they wanted that WR (Wright, I think?) and when he came off the board, unexpectedly, they went for Weeden. Sounds like they weren't ready for Wright not being there.

That punch might have saved the Pats a lot of money.
