  • 2023 FA 1.1 SIM Complete - Next SIM Saturday 05/05

    http://simgamingnetwork.com/osfl/lea...t_05_04_12.zip

Next SIM Saturday 05/05 = FA 1.2. Files due by 6pm ET.

Full blown FA starts tomorrow. Only one rule to keep in mind when offering players:

If you offer a 1 yr deal, you're capped at a max contract value of $2mil; or
If you offer a 2 yr deal, you're capped at a max contract value of $4mil

Same rule as last season, $$ values have dropped. Easy.

    1 yr = $2mil max
    2 yr = $4mil max
    3+yrs = fair game

PM me if you have any questions.

    Thanks!

    nelmsm!

you have a quarterback! Wow, I had no idea. That means the AC West is now full up on QBs. And definite congratulations, nabbing your man at 2.4 is a steal. I did not know until I was looking through the FA '24 change tracker just now and saw he went +2/+2 to 54 potential. And his rookie camp was a (very legit-looking now) +3.

Speaking of ct2 highlights, there's Roger Salinger (RB-MOR) popping a +7/+7 to 67. And of course, all the CBs from last year I sorta wish I had ;) And Edirash's whole list of positive results (including a +8 CB from two years ago, Jerry Drake).

From last year's rookies Gino Fewell (CB-ANC) went +4, Rondell Giles (LB-STP) went +6 and I didn't notice too many of the rest (just the names I recognized). We did alright in Utah, nothing special. One of the best movers is our backup kicker. Our guard moved alright but hardly at a spectacular level. Our best gains here were from previous drafts. The year 3 guys look very good at this juncture in particular - five legitimate (not 2nd-string kickers) players went +4.

Yeah, but he was already 68 at the end of his rookie season, he dropped to 60 his sophomore year, and again reached the 68 this offseason. I don't know why is that, but he had a poor perfomance this last season, I hope it's only the famous down year for sophomores and bounce back next season.

Niiiice. Looks mostly like his receiving skills came unmasked finally. Either that or his receiving for 400+ yds bumped him.

        Thanks for the file!
