Yeah....I'm experiencing a big problem with the city data right now. For some reason when I changed some of the city names, other data like weather and marketplace (and state) got screwed up as well. I'm not sure why that happened, but I'm attempting to fix the problem. Sorry for the delay....

Alright, crisis averted after a reinstall and some rework. And amazingly, everyone's preference draft export files are still valid.

I've uploaded the new universe.zip file to this site and I've emailed the file to Julio. Hopefully he'll email me back when he sets his prefs and then I can, in theory, run the draft.

Nobody needs to download the latest universe file since you'll all be downloading new files after I run the draft. I just wanted to replace the files with the bad weather and economics data.

I really hope this works.... :)

He might have, were it not for the fact that I noticed all the city info was fubar'd while I was readying to send him the universe files. Hence, I had to fix the universe files before sending them to him and I didn't email them to him until 9pm. And I haven't heard from him since.
