Like Julio said, within a position group there is usually little potential hit, but sometimes there is a current/experience hit. Before you confirm the player position switch, there will be a dialog that will give an indication of how well the player might handle the switch. You can also have players beef up/slim down in the training camp stage (which sadly will be at the end of this season I believe) to help a player reach an ideal weight for a position switch.

I believe 2nd and 3rd round are the reverse order of 1st round and then 4th and 5th round are the same as 1st round, etc etc. That is viewed by some to be more fair than a standard snake.Originally posted by BigsmoothQuick question. So the draft isn't a standard snake style format (obviously not)? What is the format? Is it just random order for each round?

Yeah I'm young. I'll suck for awhile. But I got the second best prospect and the 7th best prospect in the league. My D will be deadly in a few year. Offense...well we are Chicago right? :?Originally posted by SoobieTechCheck you pm's.

I wanted a young team and I got a young team.. except for our phenomenal C who is going to be a salary albatross when he retires in a year or two. Also, the RT is a bit older than I'd like for making the switch to LT but he is too good of a pass blocker to ignore. I got a better runningback than I was expecting but the receivers weren't as good as I was hoping for. Most importantly, I got a young QB with good potential. Hopefully, he can live up to it. :D

Nevermind, I'm thinking of another league that I'm in where we did a live draft. I'm not sure how the draft order was determined with this preference draft.Originally posted by Eaglesfan27I believe 2nd and 3rd round are the reverse order of 1st round and then 4th and 5th round are the same as 1st round, etc etc. That is viewed by some to be more fair than a standard snake.Originally posted by BigsmoothQuick question. I like my team, we're very young, but it looks promising.
I hope Malcolm Coles can atleast get the ball to Chester Quinteros and Albert Porter. I think my defense will do very well for me, I love my safeties and linebackers, and my #1 pick Roger Boren will hopefully get pressure on the right side.
