GG ryan. We won, but Randy threw three picks and was outdueled (if you could call it that) in QBR by an effin' rookie with no receivers to throw to. Another pretty pathetic performance on our end - thank goodness you had a touchdown negated by penalty, followed by a pick-six. CB Stephen Easton's two interceptions and 134 return yards were a huge difference in this game.

Wow, we got mulched. Chicago with a beatdown on us as our offense struggled without 4 of our top 5 receivers. We'll be without them for another 3 weeks at least, so hopefully we can figure out a way to scrape together some offense in the mean time.

After the 3 TD's in the first half by Erickson, we seemed to kick in cruise control and never really had to worry to much about giving the game up. The 3rd quarter was nothing more than a long drive by you and a long drive by me, which ate up most of the quarter.

Thankfully, every time you scored, we pretty much answered back with a score of our own, and the final score you had inside of 2 minutes wasn't quite enough for you to cover the 14 point deficit, even the onside kick you recovered, you tried to get in the endzone, but the pass was picked, and that was the game.

It was nice to see RB Kinney go for 137 yds on 19 carries, but I wish he'd get the ball into the endzone more often.

Bees vs Phantoms

That was it Nute - 17-7 Game and I had a TD called back and then the next play pick 6! Besides a few "tough calls" and a couple turnovers my rookie quarterback played well. He ran for a Touchdown and a couple first downs and threw the ball extremely well for his debut. Your offense is definetly tough and without throwing 3 picks you had my defense realing early on.

Quick Note Nute: I whooped you in rushing totals - negating your 49 yard burst by Earnest Giang.

Portland P.O.T.G

Offense - Morris Uffins -6 Catches for 96 Yds (quitely having a nice sophmore yr)
Defense - Darnell Drakeford - 6 Tackles and an interception
Special Teams - Junior Rodgers - Couple big tackles on ST, but also had a pick.

yup, haha, our D has been struggling in that area of late and got brutalized again. Good show by the rookie QB, too. He has some definite potential if he can keep making plays with his feet like he did today.

It's been freakishly quiet on the trade front.

I wouldn't mind getting younger at OL, I guess. It's hard to do trades in-season though.
