    Kalispel 26
    average 37.75

    AC South
    Waco Warhawks 65
    Memphis Admirals 39
    New Orleans 31
    Port City 100
    average = 58.75

    AC East
    Ohio Valley Showboats 50

    average = 43

    AC West
    Los Alamos Monsters 71

    average = 41.25

    NC North
    Chicago Reapers 15
    North Liberty Enforcers 44
    Dakota Totems 52
    St. Paul Bandits 2
    average = 28.25

    NC South
    Morgantown Maniacs 63
    Charlotte Cougars 63
    Columbus Catfish 94
    Gainesville Gaels 39
    average = 64.75

    NC East

    NC West
    Las Vegas Outlaws 84
    Yuma Aces 10
    Pearl Harbor Defenders 68
    San Francisco Bayhawks 86
    average = 62

    Not really sure how pre-season power rankings are in terms of importance, but just by looking at it you can observe a few things. The NC South, East, and West, all look to be very tough divisions in the opening year. Also, it looks like the NC is superior to the AC.
    Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-
    Seattle Pilots- 2017-2041
    Washington Bats - 1979-2013

    The power rankings in this version do a pretty good job of evaluating the overall talent on teams, but injuries and gameplanning have an impact as well. Overall, though, you can usually get a pretty good indicator of what divisions will be the toughest from the preseason power ratings. So, yeah, if Los Alamos doesn't win their division, Wessinmouse should be taken out back and shot. :twisted:

        Newb question on the variability within this game ----

        1)If we reran the draft would the Power ranking order remain relatively the same? or is there a range of +- 20 or so ? just wondering ----

        2) Competitiveness of the game ---
        Can PR of 20 compete with 84 or is the season pretty much over ? Hope I'm not insulting anyone with these dumb questions.

              Just give us a year or two to develop and we'll have our pre-season power ranking much higher :evil:

                Looking at my roster, I think I can win our division. Dakota has a good QB, but my D-Line is going to be all over him and my safeties will probably pick him off once or twice a game I play him.

                My only problem is my QB rated 9/48. If he can avoid turnovers (doubtful), I expect a 9 or 10 win season.

                  Got a pretty solid team. But I'm also the 2nd oldest team in the league... so i'm assuming my window to win is pretty slim.

                      Well you should begin and end your season with a win. I have an ok, but future excellent defense, but right now we're just too young. I'm playing for the top pick this year!

                          Hehe, I actually wouldn't mind getting a top 5 or 10 draft pick. God knows I'm going to need a QB...

                          I fully expect a 9-7 season and a squeaking into the playoffs for my team, only to get annihilated in the wild card round. That sucks, because I'd rather be terrible for a year and get a good draft pick then make the playoffs with no hope of advancing.

                            Same here. Although our division looks to be one of the weak ones. But it's ok, we have a pretty young team that has only one way to go.....Up.

                              Thanks! No pressure, huh?

                              Oh, I'll find a way to screw the pooch, I'm sure. I'm thinking maybe I'll set my offensive gameplan to run up the gut 100% of the time regardless of down/distance. Defensively: all prevent, all the time.

                              Now where's the autopilot button on this thing?
