Only 2 retirements here, nothing major. An 8 game starter from last year and a backup. This gives me a good platform for my first full off-season to get the team ready

    Regular Season: 45-49-2
    Playoffs: 1-4
    AC South Champions: 2024, 2027, 2029

I put in a completely absurd request to renovate my stadium. If it passes I'll be laughing all the way to the bank.

I renovated last year, and I'm crying all the way to the bank for the next four seasons.

          What did you do?

Maxxed out the luxury seats. It'll never pass. I'm aware I'll be screwed financially for a few seasons, but the future will be oh so sweet.

Hey, what do you know. That is *exactly* what I did last season. I also re-did the turf because hey, you only get to renovate once in a blue moon.

I looked at Columbus and realized maxing seats - specifically the lux boxes - is the dominant way to get more revenue. No amount of ticket price finagling was going to get me close.

I forgot I had stadium payments starting this year, so when I was all excited to check out my profits this year I did a double take, and started weeping.

Yeah, I maxed out my luxury suites, made a 65 million dollar swing in suite revenue that year. Well worth it. This last season was the first in the black for this franchise since the inaugural season. :O

I considered putting in for a new stadium, but our current one is in ok condition and I'm hoping to build fan support/attendance a little more first. Ideally, I can eke out another season or two, get that passed and wallow in mediocrity while the new stadium is built. :D

Oh, and we are totally gouging the fans this year. NO MORE FREE RIDES.

I looked at the new stadium option last year. It looked incredibly, incredibly expensive, and what I'd get in return for that is a lot less seats than I have now...what's the benefit? compared to just renovating over and over?

Oh hey, this FA class! Should make some people happy.

There is pretty much no benefit to making a new stadium. Just keep renovating!

I think I put some obnoxious renovation request in and the city actually accepted it. Can't wait until it's done in 2027 and I get to see what I requested! :)
