Yep. I believe there's only 1 game week 1 of pre-season. That's why I did not know if we needed to send in a file or not.
I have made adjustments and got my roster to 46 active (7 inactive).

It looks that way. You can have as many as 60 players on your roster during the preseason, but only 46 active for each game. Once the preseason ends, you have to get down to a 53-man roster.

If you have more than 46 active, the CPU will make personnel decisions for you. For the first game, I'm going to leave all 53 guys active just to see what it does.
