What an exciting Game of the Week.

6-3....with the winning FG in OT.

On the bright side, no injuries for either team.

We got 3 sacks, that's about the only good news.

The backup QB Beyer tossed 4 picks though, glad he's the backup and not the starter.

Archie McElroy has another multiple sack game. He's won himself the starting gig for sure.

The rest of the game was pretty unimpressive for both sides

        Aw, good show, Pearl Harbor.

Utah's #2 man at QB, Roderick Sikkenga, turned in another stellar preseason performance, one of many he's had - going 21/27 for 221 yards (100.8 rating) with the skeleton crew. Great days from RB Ryan Green (19-113) and another productive outing for WR Chester Haddix, who continues to avoid taking kickoff returns for whatever reason.

The game was turned over to Patrick Whalen once again in the closing minutes, with the opportunity to mount a game-winning comeback drive late in the fourth. It was a very back and forth 10-play, 47 yard drive, but we eventually arrived in field goal range with about ten seconds to go, after a 13-yard pass completion on 4th-and-13 set us up.

Troy Parrish missed the game winner, though, a 50-yarder that fell short, and Pearl Harbor held on for the win. Still, no shortage of excitement for developing QB3 Patrick Whalen this preseason.

The bad: WR Winston Reynolds had a thoroughly terrible day, fumbling three times - twice on punt returns.

        Game 5
We're playing Dakota, and giving them an up-close preview of their future starters. You're welcome!

One more preseason game to go before the big show starts! McBriar will see extensive time since he's still rusty, but he will be throwing to our garbage receivers.

Try not to hurt poor McBriar behind his non starting quality O-line!

Wow, we knocked Sinclair to the ground 7 times before he was swapped out.

A solid game for us. Nice to see the rookie RB can take some of the load
