A year ago, Utah was reeling and stumbling their way towards trying to clinch a playoff berth. Until they met Phoenix. And blasted them back to the fiery chasms from whence they came, in back-to-back weeks, including the WC showdown.
This year is a different story. Phoenix had a griphold on the division lead until their bye week, and their latest stumble against a sweet-lookin' MTC team isn't fooling anybody. Oglethorpe is having the year of his life and has a full arsenal. Utah's still without its top corner, Mitchell Prescott.
Great defense on the PHO side as well. The Riders are favored by 2 points. This'll be a good one, and it's for the division.
note of interest: Due to the Sidharta injury, at this point, Earnest Giang is the team's second-leading receiver (in yards; 3rd in catches) with 23-16-259, and 11.26 ypt. Now if he could just remember how he used to not fumble the ball all the time...
