    Hi buddies!!

Talk about TC to optimize and teach all the newbies :)

The first question for me is... Watching films time is only to win formations?? If you´ve a veteran QB and don´t want to waste time with that, you can put only 1 hour for example?? Or you risk to miss some ones??

I've heard of people cutting it down to even 1 minute and still gaining formations. However, I'm not sure if there are or aren't any other effects of film study - overall quality of play, for example. I think most people would guess it is just formations.

It's a dice roll whether or not QBs get more formations and more time in the film room effects it.

When I don't care whether my QBs learn new formations or not I cut time in the film room.

Film time is better spent elsewhere unless your QB knows less than 10ish formations.

(Also, I'm not sure too many people will give out their training camp secrets. It's more or less equivalent to asking for a GM's gameplan)

I went default last year, since I can't make heads or tails of what difference anything makes. Not a lot of experimentation. I usually feel like cohesion is a good spot to put extra time but I've been iffy about taking time from anywhere else. In 2023 I dumped extra time into passing and I didn't think it went particularly well.

What about weight room?? How important is that?? In which attributes will be reflexed??

Weight room time lowers the chance of injury for all your players. This is a good place to spend time if your backups are not very good

It's also a good place to balance out your head coaches weakness in injury avoidance, if he sucks there.
