I have no idea how Camden's guys did it, but they were clutch as hell despite being beaten in most phases of the game (special teams being a significant exception).. The kicking game and one key turnover killed Yuma, but it was the most complete game we've played so far. Hard to be happy about that when its a 27-17 loss, but I think we've played real well against teams who are much more talented on paper.

1-2 heading into Los Alamos with a new Mentor QB giving Doug Allen some tips.

Really would like to be at .500 coming back home to take on our hated enemies, Phoenix..

Skerik, a quick question.. what the hell kind of 'roids was your kicker on? :)

With 13 tackles in all and picking off his 2nd pass of the season the Rookie from Valley Center , Kansas was named Player of the game. Kalispel scored their only points on an 87 yard punt return by starting FL Toby Richard. Stags are not looking forward to the rematch with Portland in Week 17.
Hell of a game man. That stop on 3rd and goal from the one was HUGE.

I think our week 17 rematch will be a good one.

I put in a little change to my offensive gameplan...and for once, my team ran it to perfection!

Got my ass handed to me by Las Vegas 27-3. Nothing went right for me. But I'm still 2-1 and nothing to worry about just yet.

Played "well" and better than I thought though.

              2-1 ain't bad.
Yup. My boys did a great job of anticipating passes, stepping in front to take two to da hizouse, making up for the offense struggling a bit this week.

GG SoMiss (and the Choo Choos)

So nice to have Bryant Pasquarella back. After being out the last 4 weeks, he responds with 7 huge blocks to spring Clements and Moon for a combined 170. We also managed to keep Hecht, for the most part, vertical (no sacks - hurried once - knocked down twice).

Gotta be happy with 3-0. I feel like having a great O-Line is bailing me out for being pretty green. Hopefully we can rack up enough wins to be in the playoff hunt before the illusion is blown.

Looking forward to my trip to Waco!

Well I'm pretty impressed with the performance against SF. The passing game is coming along fairly well as we finish 3 division games.

Congrats. Our tackling was bad on a few short passes and it cost us the game. Our defense is generating turnovers which is what I was hoping for, but Ellis is going through severe growing pains.

After allowing 170 yards in the first quarter, your D did a great job for the next 3. Watanabe was able to turn a couple short passes into long TDs though. I was very worried. Heflin put the ball on the ground 3 times. I hope that's not going to be a problem in the future.

I scored my first TD of the year on my opening drive........then proceeded to miss the XP !! Aarons team turned the ball over the first 4 possessions. 8 turnovers for the game for both teams.
