Los Alamos is going to try very hard to beat those other guys who, while we feel they are exemplary members of society and of great benefit to their team, will have to show superior effort to match that of our players. Regardless of the outcome, let's hope for injury free sports-entertainment for all and a well played effort for the fans. We're just lucky to be here.

The Mechanics are looking to go 3-0 on their first swing through the division including 2 of the 3 wins on the road. I don't think the Phils have found their stride yet, so I'm not sure what gameplan we can expect. I know they can throw the ball when the need is there, and we can be thrown on.

We're hoping to get some turnovers this week. The Phils have put the ball on the carpet a few times this season and it's going to be important to capitalize on those opportunities when they come.

Motor City is banged up. We're down to the 3rd MLB on our depth chart and Kenneth Clements back-up Brendan Moon is sitting this one out. Moon has racked up an impressive 191 yards on 32 carries (1 TD) in his position spelling KC. Karl Dole will take Moon's spot.

It's also the first week without Corey Page. Kim Rose will slide into the starting spot and the 2nd Flanker will be one of the two newly signed young Free Agents.

Going to 5-1 (3-0) would be enormous. I think the Mechanics have it in them.

Prediction: Motor City wins a close one. The D makes plays down the stretch. Clements nets his 5th 100+ game.

I had a detective follow around the Utah coach for a week posing as an OSFL Network cameraman filming a weekly documentary called "Practice Week Insider".. They bought it, our guy got in and filmed their gameplanning sessions, and now we're about to go out and make them look unprepared.
