Don't underestimate the importance of your coverage teams. Keep everyone on the team ST inactive except for your 10 or 11 (10 is enough, I think) best ST bar players.

There are 2 guys in the FA pool with 85+ ST rating right now, and 4 with 75+.

Most rosters can probably do without some bum for one of these guys.

Also, your #2 KR (and possibly #2 PR as well, not sure) is going to be on the field for these plays. I would put a ST bar guy there, though admittedly I have no idea what good / bad this does.

One thing to add, if you make a return guy Not Encouraged you probably need to manually add him if you Rex your lineup

I do it just because otherwise I wouldn't have enough ST studs. Some of my best starters are also my best ST players. I guess it does expose them to injury more but the risk isn't significant to me. They could get injured anyway.

I do prefer my gunners to be backups though, but I have no idea if this is useful or not.

If they have a ST bar I put them in there unless they're injured. My two high rated WR both play ST on my FOFL team and one of them is a gunner to boot.

            Perfect thanks Bosses :)

I expect more from ST since that week...

Another question in ST range, what about OL and DL?? How many or who should I put on the field?? is important?? Or not...?? No ST bar for they... Only for LS in Centers

I set everyone without a bar to "not encouraged." AI will put in whatever positions it has to without them being encouraged.

To underscore the importance of STs...Waco has plenty of nice ST players, but is under AI management. My kicker has only OK hangtime and crap kickoff distance. From today's game...

(1Q: 10:26) Troy Parrish kicked off 67 yards from the UTA30. Leo Kinney returned the ball 1 yard to the WAC04. Tackled by Duran Duran.
(1Q: 03:21) Troy Parrish kicked off 50 yards from the UTA30. Leo Kinney returned the ball 8 yards to the WAC28. Tackled by Trent Adams.
(2Q: 00:01) Troy Parrish kicked off 68 yards from the UTA30. Leo Kinney returned the ball 4 yards to the WAC06. Tackled by Kerry Duran.
I think any team that pays attention to their ST situation can really help themselves even against the best of ST teams. Neglect it though, you can get pummeled in the most underrated aspect of the game.

What is your averagio ratio of ST bar in your 11 best players??

I have in my team the worst in 46 and about average of high 60īs I think...

You can usually fill with good ST players from the waiver wire too. I don't do it as much because I try to fill with affinity to approve the position group instead, but it's a viable strategy.

Here's my ST active list of 10 (Robinette has been out though, I'm not sure if I replaced him with someone else or not), and Adams has a +4 cut test on his ST bar so it might be a bit higher than that.

Foster & Duran are the gunners.

I think all of the guys I mentioned in the 1st post are still out there in the FA pool.
